Graduated University of Puget Sound 1990. Received law degree from The National Law Center at George Washington University in 1994. Returned to Vancouver to practice law in 1994. Admitted to the Federal District Court for Western Washington in 1994. Started in the area of Bankruptcy that year. Member of Clark County Bar Assoc, Washington State Bar Assoc, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Clark County Bar Association Trustee 2000-2003. Member Vancouver Sunrise Rotary since 1994. Served many board positions including President in 2000. Board member (including two terms as President) of the Vancouver Counseling Center (1994 - 2002).
